A Somatic Meditation Workshop | Silence, Sighing, A Somatic Meditation Workshop | Silence, Sighing, Sounding

An afternoon to slow down, soften, and come back into your body through breath, voice, and shared presence.

This guided somatic meditation moves through three phases: silence, collective sighing, and open, non-performative sounding. We begin in quiet, creating space to acknowledge what we are carrying. From there, we release tension together through wave-like sighs, and close by gently opening the voice as a tool for regulation, expression, and connection.

No experience with meditation or vocal work is needed. This is not about performance, but about listening, releasing, and being human together.

Facilitated by Téo G (they/them), a group facilitator and creator of Word Play, whose work blends somatic awareness with playful, structured exploration. Their offerings invite curiosity around how we speak, move, and express ourselves, while centering safety, consent, and authenticity.
