Our dedicated and experienced yoga instructor and doula, Amanda Krebel, will guide you through a series of gentle yet invigorating yoga poses tailored to support your changing body. Whether you’re seeking relief from pregnancy discomfort, looking to regain your strength postpartum, or simply want to connect with other mothers on a similar journey, our class is designed to meet your unique needs.
