GOLDEN RULE:
- Listen to your body and do what feels right to you! Rest as needed.
WOMEN’S CONDITIONS:
- If you are on your menstrual cycle is it recommended to avoid practicing inversions. Be gentle with yourself and honor your body. This is typically a time that needs rest and recovery.
CHILDREN:
- While children are encouraged to practice yoga, we ask that children under the age of 13 maintain a home practice.
PREGNANCY:
- We do not currently have Prenatal classes on our schedule… however, many of our slower classes can be a perfect fit for expecting individuals. If you wish to explore a practice, please consult with your OB or Midwife prior to practicing, as well as sending us an email on appropriate classes to attend.
